Our client, a Top law firm with offices throughout the UK are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Southampton City Centre office. The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Landlord & Tenant, Estate Management, Acquisitions & Disposals, Drafting & Preparing Property documents and assist with the supervision and development of junior staff.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 Years PQE within Commercial Property or Real Estate and able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally you will be comfortable working to targets and have strong organisation skills to enable you to multi-task and prioritise your caseload.
