RTA Paralegal, Burnley. For a personal injury paralegal looking for a friendly but challenging local practice in Burnley this role could provide the perfect opportunity. This is your opportunity to join an ambitious, full service, Lexcel accredited law firm which is currently expanding.
Our client is looking for an RTA paralegal to join its RTA personal injury department and handle their own caseload of pre-litigated matters. There is the potential for you to handle litigated files. Ideally, you will have experience working as an RTA paralegal handling a caseload of 100-150 RTA files, both on and off the MOJ portal. Litigation experience would be beneficial.
