A great opportunity has arisen in Nottingham for an Employment solicitor looking to join one of the Midland's leading law firms. This firm have top quality national level work, a substantial and highly experienced Employment team plus great training tailored to individuals to help solicitors progress in their career whatever their level.
The East Midlands has been targeted as an area of growth for the firm and hence there has been an increased number of opportunities within Nottingham giving you a great opportunity to join a firm that is really on the rise within the region.
The role
You will join a vibrant and expanding employment team working on a broad range of predominantly respondent employment matters. Both in a contentious and non contentious capacity.
You will work with large national companies and senior employees and will largely undertake your own advocacy in tribunals
Full support will be given for you to develop work within the East Midlands, to build on the already successful growth at the firm.
The candidate
The firm are looking for a solicitor with 5 years + PQE solicitors and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its proactive team. Applications from solicitors with experience outside of this PQE will also be considered.
You should have past experience of developing business and ideally have some management experience in a previous role.
