Commercial Property Solicitor

If you're a Commercial Property Solicitor on the hunt for a fantastic new role within one of the North East's leading Property departments, then please read on. Our client is based in Durham and is looking to recruit a Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property to join the team due to expansion. The team is a highly successful and award winning department that are going from strength to strength.

You will be working alongside 4 of the firm's partners advising on a full remit of Commercial Property matters. The department has seen a recent increase in work, and are keen to recruit someone who will be able to deal with the type and the quality of the work they receive.

The firm is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor who has around 2-5 years PQE. However, this is a rough guideline and our client is happy to be fairly flexible with this requirement. If you think you have the right experience then please don't hesitate to contact us.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in business development, supported by colleagues from the team and wider firm.

An interest or background in one or more of the following would be useful: development work, agriculture, construction and/or licensing.
