Private Credit /Finance Paralegal with lots of overtime? £34,000 + Paid OT

New York Law firm is looking to recruit a new Private Credit /Finance Paralegal.  This position will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking lots and lots of paid overtime, ideally looking for someone with “whole deal” experience who has already significant experience drafting ancillary documents, closings, CPs etc. as well as due diligence.  This firm is under 100 in size and needs their Paralegals to step up and take responsibility in an autonomous capacity.  Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 6-12 months, preferably from within a City law firm.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 - however a flexible is needed as there is a good chance there will be overtime.
