A senior housing lawyer is wanted for a career developing role in a top 100 law firm in central London. This role will suit an experienced solicitor who is looking for a route to partnership and step-up in work. The salary and benefits package will be lucrative.
My client is a leading firm in the property sector, having grown the property departments in several ways and taken on some ex-City lawyers for an even stronger structure, they are a force to be reckoned with. The team there go over and above and now hold an outstanding reputation, particularly for their housing network and advice.
The successful housing lawyer will a sizeable team managing legal services for mainly residential developers. Acting for social housing associations, joint ventures, local authorities and charities, large urban regeneration projects, it's a role which is guaranteed to offer day to day variety and a challenge.
Candidates between 5 - 10 years PQE are welcomed to apply with a solid academic record a track record of working in a well-established London team.
