Head of Residential Property & Partner
Due to succession planning this Exeter based firm are searching for a new Head of Department for their residential property team.
You will be a senior residential property solicitor already, perhaps at associate or partner level.
In this role you will supervise the already successful and busy team, comprising of solicitors, legal executives, paralegals and secretaries across multiple offices.
There are already work referrers in place, although any future business you can secure will be beneficial, although this will not necessarily form the main bulk of your time.
This head of residential property vacancy could suit a solicitor already at partner level, but looking for that next step in your career. Alternatively it might suit a senior/associate solicitor with the ambition and vision to lead an already successful team.
You should already have some supervisory experience, and knowledge of compliance and regulatory matters affecting property transactions.
Excellent salary on offer, plus potential for salaried partnership, leading onto future equity.
Residential property solicitors already operating in the Exeter and Devon area are encouraged apply, as are those living outside the area, and looking to relocate to beautiful Devon and experience all that this area can offer!
