The commercial department is expanding rapidly and my client is seeking an ambitious solicitor, who is between 1-3 years PQE and has a strong work ethic, technically excellent and who has a strong business acumen but also has a real passion to deliver high quality service and wants to develop and progress.
The Role
The successful candidate with conduct a caseload of various and diverse commercial matters, both contentious and non contentious and will consist of but not limited too;
- Commercial Litigation
- Professional Negligence
- Dispute Resolution
- Intellectual Property
- Commercial Contracts (drafting)
The client base is made up of SME¿s, international companies, professional and high net worth individuals
