Interim Structured Products Lawyer (1-4 years PQE)

A leading City firm is looking for a junior-mid level Structured Products Lawyer to join their highly regarded team on an initial 6 month contract.

You will be responsible for:

- drafting and reviewing issuance documentation such as Final Terms

- ongoing maintainence of issuance programmes

- advising on structured product and issuance-related matters

- regulatory advice and compliance

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified lawyer, 1-4 years PQE as a guide having trained and practiced within a top tier City firm or international equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of relevant technical knowledge and have the ability to hit the ground running, pick things up quickly and work effectively within a busy team based environment.
