Graduate Development Advisor (legal trainee solicitors)

One of the leading law firms in the City are currently recruiting an Advisor to sit within their HR team, taking responsibility for all aspects of the trainee solicitor lifecycle. This person will be the point of contact from the moment offers are extended, through to the onboarding process, through to the qualification process.

Expectations are high but the role is placed within an extremely supportive team and there is clear progression for the person coming into the post.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous graduate recruitment and/or development experience and this must come from a law firm. You will be joining at an extremely busy time so understanding the legal sector and the trainee lifecycle is crucial. You will ideally have overseen a number of grad cycles and feel comfortable taking ownership for a demanding population.
