EL/PL Paralegal, Manchester. For an EL/PL paralegal looking to join a friendly but challenging local practice in Greater Manchester this role could provide the perfect opportunity.
You will be handling your own caseload of EL/PL files in which liability has been denied and the case has exited the MOJ portal. You will be responsible for assessing liability and running files to trial or settlement as necessary. You will ideally have around 2 years experience handling your own caseload of EL/PL matters including litigated matters. The firm is rapidly expanding and successfully generates its own work.
There are opportunities for progression within this successful, specialist personal injury firm and incentives include one additional full day off per quarter for impeccable attendance.
