Commercial and Employment Solicitor

Regional law firm with a good local reputation seeking a junior level Solicitor to take on a mixed caseload of company commercial and employment matters. Commutable within the Northamptonshire and Bucks regions, this role is ideally suited for an NQ - 2PQE Solicitor, who is looking to gain exposure to a varied caseload at a friendly, supportive and stable firm.

You will be acting on behalf of a diverse client base, including small business owners, renewable energy organisations, logistics companies etc. There is an active caseload ready to pick up, and due to the loyal client base there is no immediate requirement for you to BD.

It is a 50/50 split of company commercial and employment work, and you will develop a broad skillset within this very commercial sector.

The firm are recruiting future leaders of the firm, so personality and culture fit are essential, but for an enthusiastic candidate this is the opportunity to progress into a senior position in a relatively short space of time.
