Commercial Property Solicitor

My client, a successful and traditional practice based in Northallerton is looking to recruit a Solicitor into their Commercial Property department. The firm is well established and has been around for many years - they handle work on behalf of very established clients including agricultural clients and small businesses and handling local and national work.

The firm is looking to expand and is therefore looking for a Solicitor who is wanting to progress within a firm.

One thing to mention is the firm is not targets driven!

The Role:

You will be handling a mixed caseload consisting of predominantly commercial property, residential conveyancing, agricultural matters and landlord and tenant.

The Candidate:

Candidates with some knowledge of wills and probate is advantageous.
