Complaints Solicitor sought for high calibre law firm.
THE FIRM
Our firm is a successful multi-discipline private practice that takes a progressive and comprehensive approach to client care. Having grown steadily over recent years, their network of offices now covers the South East of England and central London. Our client is now in the process of hiring a Complaints Solicitor to ideally work in its Bromley office with the possibility of working in an alternative branch as required.
THE ROLE
Our client is now seeking to recruit a Complaints Solicitor to manage their own workload and liaise with fee-earners in the investigation of complaints handling for the firm. Your duties will be varied and may include: conducting investigations into complaints from inception to conclusion; liaising with Solicitors and other colleagues; and implementing SRA and other appropriate legislative compliance. Applicants would be considered on either a part-time or full-time basis and ideally have knowledge within property, family law, wills & probate or litigation sectors. THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in complaints handling;
Ideally have knowledge within one of the following legal sectors; property, family law, wills & probate or litigation;
You will work or have worked in a similar position;
You will be conversant with current legal legislative and compliance matters;
You will be adept at building relationships with legal professionals;
You will display excellent communication skills;
You will take an analytical approach to your work.
