Residential Property Locum Solicitor

A highly regarded Private Practice in Surrey require a locum Residential Property Solicitor to join them ASAP for circa two months duration. The role is to cover a gap in permanent recruitment. Due to the fact the role is to start imminently, candidates are required to be immediately available or available at short notice.

The successful candidate will be handling a full residential property caseload without support or supervision. Matters you will be handling will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, plot sales, leases both granting and extending, new builds and shared ownership.

Previous experience as a locum lawyer will be of benefit but it is not a pre-requisite.

Due to the firms’ location, the role is commutable from Surrey and Sussex.
