Excellent opportunity for a Real Estate NQ to join an international legal firm with offices in Leeds.
Client Details
Our client is a forward thinking law firm with offices across the UK and abroad. They now require a Real Estate NQ to join their Leeds based team.
The team does a lot of property development work, acting for developers and end user occupiers on complex and large scale development schemes. They have particular expertise in the retail sector.
They also act on significant investment and portfolio sale and purchase transactions as well as all types of landlord and tenant matters.
Description
As a Real Estate NQ you will be running your own caseload of commercial property transactions. You will also be supporting the partners with more complex cases, and taking part in business development activities.
Profile
The successful Real Estate NQ will have studied a commercial property seat as part of their training contract, which will have ideally taken place at an international, national or strong regional firm.
