Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor
This reputed law firm is recruiting into its litigation team in Yeovil, Somerset.
Due to an increase in business, this firm is expanding its litigation team and searching for a junior/newly qualified litigation solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE.
As a litigation solicitor in this firm your case load will be broad. You will advise on all manner of commercial and civil disputes including:
- Property Litigation
- Professional Negligence
- Debt Recovery
- Breach of Contract
- Director/Shareholder Disputes
You will join this small team and be involved in business development, to include attending client events and general business events in order to encourage new business.
Ideally, you should have trained at (and continued working within) another excellent regional firm. You will have either/both commercial and civil litigation experience.
You will receive an excellent salary starting from £32,000, plus benefits to include: 25 days holiday, pension scheme, life insurance, and the opportunity to learn from some of Somerset's finest solicitors.
