Conveyancer

Our client is a well-respected high street practice based within easy commute of Liverpool and Chester.

The firm have a strong and talented Residential Property team. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head of Department as well as other junior members of the team and will be expected to deal with a varied caseload of property matters.

You will be handling a caseload of buying and selling domestic property and re-mortgages, transfers of equity etc. Administrative support is available in the form of a Conveyancing Assistants.

This is a great opportunity to work for a forward thinking and friendly firm in a fantastic location. Staff parking is available. Salary in the region of £30,000 for the right candidate.

Applicants who are Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced fee earners (non-qualified) are welcomed.

Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered.

To be considered you must have previous experience using case management software, digital dictation along with the ability to support other team members as and when necessary.
