IT User Support Specialist

Our client, one of the worlds most respected US law Firms, is looking to fill an immediate opening in their Information Technology department for an experienced and motivated IT User Support Specialist. Working within a dynamic and friendly team of four the IT User Support Specialist will report to the London IT Manager, providing IT support for the London office. The department looks after User Support, Software Support, Hardware Support AV Support and Telephony support and the role requires a hardworking, dedicated IT professional looking to further their career and expand their knowledge in the IT field. This role is as demanding as it is rewarding, and as such, the right candidate will require the right work ethic, a very professional outlook and must be able to be relied upon.
