Part Time Personal Injury Litigator - Bradford

A part time Personal Injury Litigator is required for an excellent opportunity with a leading specialist based in Bradford.

Due to an increase in work, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced litigator to handle a caseload of litigation files.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm with high quality work on offer and excellent opportunities for progression.

Applications are invited from experienced Personal Injury Litigator's capable of dealing with the following areas

* Part 7 Pleadings
* Part 8b Pleadings
* Portal - Stage 3
* Infant Approval Hearings
* Protected Proceedings

Applicants should be capable of working individually but also as part of a larger group within minimum supervision.
Duties will include:

* Meeting monthly profit costs targets
* Reviewing files for prospects of success for the purpose of litigation
* Drafting pleadings i.e. claim forms, particulars of claim and any other relevant documents as and when required
* Issuing/serving pleadings
* Drafting directions & disclosure lists
* Instructing and assisting counsel
* Part 8b proceedings.
* Stage 3 matters
* Protected proceedings
