Legal Counsel - Professional Services Organisation

This is a great opportunity for a commercial lawyer to work for a unique professional services organisation. This is a newly created position in the small legal team due to the company's expansion and future growth plans.

As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. You will work very closely with the senior management team on the strategic goals of the business. The role will be extremely varied, advising on a broad range of commercial law . Your focus will be drafting and negotiating commercial contracts but the role will also be involved in work related to employment, litigation, IP portfolio management and property.

Ideally you will be two to four years PQE and have trained in a top private practice firm. You may have qualified in to any area within: corporate, commercial or IP/IT as long as you have trained at a top tier firm. You must be keen to work as part of a small team and, take on a broad and varied role. Candidates from an in house training contract will not be considered.
