Plots Sales - Residential Conveyancers - Manchester
We are assisting an International Law firm with a presence in Manchester recruit an experienced team of Residential Conveyancers.
The firm are high ranking Global Private Client practice whose clients include HNW and Ultra HNW individuals, families and business owners.
The Role
- The successful candidate will join a new team dealing with Plot Sales/Residential Development work.
- You will advise some of the richest clients in the world on plot sales for new and existing Residential developments.
- You will also occasionally handle their personal residential property transactions, usually on properties £20m plus in value.
- You will work in a team of 3 or 4 fee earners.
Suitable Candidates
- You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least 5 years experience in handling conveyancing transactions.
- You will have extensive experience in handling plot sales/residential development work.
- You will be professional with excellent client facing skills.
- You will be a team player but will also be able to work independently.
- Language skills would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary is attractive and negotiable, dependent upon experience up to £45,000.
