Private Client Solicitor

Our client is a long established East Anglian practice with eight offices serving West Norfolk & Cambridgeshire and one of the major firms in the area in terms of size and expertise. A full range of legal services is offered by highly qualified personnel: solicitors and legal executives with the support of other well trained and experienced staff. 

They are now looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE to join their Ely office.

Role 

You will need to have a good grounding in Private Client matters gained at a respected firm. You will need to have experience of dealing with high net worth clients. 

The position is working with Wills, Elderly Client advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Administration of Estates. 

In this particular office their is currently a Solicitor of 2 years and a part time solicitor of 24 years along with a full complement of support staff. This role will therefore be suitable for any lawyer from 3-4 years' experience up to an experienced career driven lawyer looking for career progression.

Candidate Profile and experience:

 The right candidate will have:

• You will have broad Private Client experience; you should have good technical knowledge
• You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE)
• Experience of managing fee earners would be too advantage 
• Business development experience is desirable
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
