The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a busy Residential Property team based in Bicester. Acting for a range of client based in the region, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to post completion with minimal supervision. Areas may include: sales and purchases; remortgages; lease extensions; equity release matters; joint ownership and; enfranchisement. Keen to get involved with the continued growth and development of the practice as a whole, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and participate in initiatives to generate new business. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid conveyancing experience;
You will be technically competent with knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT literate;
You will have a flair for business development.
