Client Details
Our client is a well regarded legal firm recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers guide. They have offices across the UK, and they specialise in servicing health-care and public sector clients. They now require a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their successful team in central Leeds.
The vacancy has arisen through internal promotion, as the current paralegal has now gained a training contract with the firm.
Description
As a Commercial Property Paralegal you will provide advice on all aspects of property law, predominantly focused on Housing Association clients.
This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a new sector within a supportive team environment.
Profile
The successful candidate will have previous paralegal experience gained in a property department. Knowledge of social housing is not essential.
Job Offer
£18k - £22k dependent on skills and experience.
