The current Property Estates team handles a full range of high quality work for estates and landowners, including Sales and Purchases of Freehold Land, Commercial Leases, farm business Tenancies and general property advice and support and is looking for an Agricultural/Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. Working within a team you will manage your own caseload and assist with large transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected firm recognised as a leader in agricultural and rural affairs.

You will have the ability and personality to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Additionally, the appointed Agricultural/Commercial Property Solicitor will be required to have excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills along with a commitment to client service and passion to pursue a career in the practice area of agriculture. Furthermore, yow will be a highly motivated, client focussed individual with commercial acumen.
