An international debt recovery company based in the Bromley area is looking to hire several Debt Recovery Paralegals to join their ranks.
Working with customers, legal representatives and third parties at all stages of the litigation process the Debt Recovery Paralegals will handle their own caseload of claims with the aim of achieving suitable outcomes through negotiation and where necessary enforcement. The cases will range from complex to small claims, and the Paralegals will be integral at each step, from handling court orders and reviewing admissions, to drafting statements.
The ideal candidates will be legally qualified (law degree or CILEX qualification), have a minimum of two year’s debt recovery litigation experience, and have a working knowledge of the Multi-Track and County Court procedures. The ability to manage and coordinate own caseload is essential in this role, as is an understanding and flexible outlook to work.
