Legal Counsel

A new opportunity has arisen with a UK based Pharmaceutical company based in Essex who are looking to appoint an experienced Legal Counsel to provide advice on Commercial agreements and IP matters.  

Reporting into the General Counsel and working closely with a number of the businesses’ senior stakeholders you will be required to provide legal advice to all business areas within the group. The main focus of the role is to negotiate, draft and support on a range of; Commercial contracts, licencing and distribution agreements and multi-national high value M&A transactions and assist with managing and maintaining an extensive global IP portfolio. Additionally you shall also assist the General Counsel with Company Secretarial matters including planning, coordinating and preparing for board meetings.

To be considered for the Legal Counsel role within this growing Pharmaceutical company Candidates will be UK qualified and ideally from a leading City firm and have exposure to a broad range of commercial matters including commercial contracts and IP matters.
