Personal Injury Fee Earner

An EL/PL Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Liverpool.

My client is a highly regarded, well established personal injury practice with a number of offices throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner to handle a caseload of EL/PL files including a high proportion of litigated cases.

Candidates must have the ability to run an EL/PL caseload from start to finish and you will have proven knowledge of litigation procedures with technical knowledge of CPR. You will have excellent communication skills, in person, on the telephone and in writing and organisational skills to a very high standard. You will be committed and self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.

Applications are invited from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Fee Earners or Paralegals with at least 1 years recent experience in managing pre and post litigated EL/PL Personal Injury files, including those of a complex nature. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high quality firm with excellent opportunities for progression and development on offer. Salary is up to £35k.
