Our Client a reputable firm based in Northwich, Cheshire is looking to recruit a Private client Fee Earner for their Wills and Probate department.
The Main purpose of the role is to undertake fee earning work as a Charted Legal Executive/Solicitor in the Private Client Department and to ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the firms’ business plan and any agreed personal goal plan.
The candidates duties include, but are not limited to:
-Managing a case load of Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney and where appropriate Court of Protection and Deputyship, as well as advising on a range of services for the elderly.
-Manage cases to conclusion and keep the clients informed of developments.
-Efficient file management in accordance with set procedure and in compliance with Lexcel and WIQS.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years PQE, salary dependent on experience
