We are currently instructed by the leading heavyweight in the Cardiff market as they have confirmed up to two new potential roles joining their market-leading Real Estate practice.

These are top of the market opportunities for any motivated and ambitious, hard-working Commercial Property candidates either already working locally with smaller practices or if you may be relocating back to the area and are now looking for an exciting, challenging new opportunity to help you really push forward in your career.

Our client is rightfully proud of their nationally-regarded Real Estate practice which gets involved in pretty much every form of major infrastructure and development projects in the market at the moment, and across core sectors which include energy, transport, corporate occupiers, real estate finance, investment and funds, commercial and residential leasing, social housing and education. The national practice takes on everything from premier institutional, inward and property company investment mandates, multi-jurisdictional portfolio management, complex fund structuring, precedent setting new regeneration schemes.. basically everything that is new and cutting edge and you could be a part of it.

These new openings are from NQ up to 4 or 5 years PQE, and you will ideally have experience in core real estate work including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management matters and development transactions. You will have strong academics, excellent technical skills and a strong work ethic, and perhaps most importantly an ability to develop excellent working relationships with both colleagues and often high profile clients.
