An outstanding opportunity to join small legal team of award winning and fast growing national business.
This major business, headquartered in South Yorkshire has a well established legal team which enjoys a good reputation within the organisation. We are currently assisting in the recruit of an additional lawyer to join their integral, 4 strong team
This will be a very varied role, with a real chance to influence senior management through daily interaction, offering legal advice and supporting commercial decision making. You will draft, advise on and negotiate a range of contracts from outsourcing deals and supplier agreements, to terms and conditions for customers, you'll advise on marketing materiel, product offerings, and have input on a wide range of matters crossing your desk, be that employment, IP, consumer credit and litigation. Given that it's a broad range of work you'll have external legal support when needed for matters outside your comfort zone.
You'll probably need at least a coupe of years PQE experience from a contracts related discipline (Commercial, IT, IP, Corporate etc). This could be a great opportunity for a lawyer looking for that first move out of a law firm, and will offer both the support needed to transition successfully, and the opportunity to take on genuine responsibility, all whilst working for a well recognised employer which has a strong reputation in the market.
