We are seeking an ambitious and capable Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a dynamic Top 20 Law Firm as they expand their Dispute Resolution team.
The role will require the handling of High Court litigation matters across a wide range of sectors. Knowledge and experience of Financial and Pension disputes, Professional Negligence and general Commercial disputes is desirable.
The candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- NQ-4 years PQE
- Technically strong with the ability to understand and analyse complex factual matters quickly
- Excellent litigation skills
- Exceptional client care, always prepared to go above and beyond
- Solution and deadline orientated
- A 'can do' approach, who is logical and persuasive in equal measure
- Evidence of exposure to clients/counsel/experts is desirable
- A genuine team player who is outcome focused
