Property Administrator

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to lead a Post Completions team at an esteemed Real Estate/Commercial Property Team at a Top Tier law firm. You could be a Post Completions Paralegal or someone with a property background looking to move into legal work.

Based in central Leeds close to the train station, you will join an expanding team and handle post completion work coming in from the firms various offices. You will also lead the team and undertake general property management work. This is an outstanding opportunity that certainly should not be missed. The Role:
-You will join the post completion team which sits within the wider Real Estate/Commercial Property department.
-You will also lead the existing small team that handles post completion work coming in from the firm's nationwide offices. This will involve allocating their work load and leading appraisals.
-This will include handling SDLT returns and Land Registry applications and other post completion tasks, as well as undertaking general property management work such as leases and licenses.
-The firm is very supportive of training and development and the team are very friendly and sociable.

The Candidate:
-The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is a 'career paralegal' with upwards of one years' experience in a post completions team, or someone from a property background looking to move into the legal sector.
-You will have a genuine passion for complex post completion work and will have some supervisory experience.
-You will also have experience leading or supervising others and be fully confident taking part in performance management duties.
