ACS are recruiting for a Paralegal for a Commercial Law Firm based on Merseyside.
This role is within the Housing Litigation and Management team within Housing and Regeneration, working closely with the Head of Housing and Regeneration and supporting the fee earners within the team.
• Court proceedings including preparation of witness statements and trial bundles. Dealing with disclosure and attending hearings and conferences with counsel. • Anti-social behaviour and other breach of tenancy injunctions. • Disrepair claims including responding to claim letters, organising disclosure and advising on liability. • Applying for access injunctions including conducting hearings. • General housing management advice on tenancy issues. • We are looking for an individual who is able to hit the ground running and is powered on delivering tangible results, and displays a desire to be an integral part of the growth of the team.
