The client is an award winning, niche family practise in need of a senior figurehead to manage their Northampton offering. The firm has multiple offices and specialises in privately funded, high net worth clientele.

The ideal candidate will be a Family Solicitor from a reputable firm who is confident acting on behalf of HNW individuals, dealing with a range of matters including divorce, ancillary relief and private children work. You will be expected to be able to show proven success in terms of financial performance and business development, and you will have experience managing junior team members. Ideally you will be around 5 to 10 years’ PQE and you will have managed a predominantly private caseload to date.
