A dynamic legal services organisation that has created a revolution in the legal industry and which is one of the nation's fastest growing private companies, is now seeking to hire an ambitious Company Secretary for a position within their showpiece Belfast office

Your new role

This is an opportunity to join a team which is dedicated to supporting a leading global investment bank client. This team provides legal entity management support to the client's global client base, with a workload which will involve full company secretarial support including management of and reporting on Legal Entities, Board and Committee meetings, Regulatory Reporting, maintaining Director and Officer Appointments and Registrations, Blueprint Database management and ad hoc Board and Governance Projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Undergraduate degree
• A minimum of 3 years company secretarial experience including familiarity of Blueprint case management system;
• Exceptional academic credentials;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience and comfort working with and advising business clients directly
• An ability to develop an innovative approach to company secretarial issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives
• An ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience of working within the financial services sector
• ICSA Qualification
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Works, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Practical knowledge of companies legislation outside of the UK
