The role
This highly regarded regional firm are seeking a new Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Ascot, Berkshire office.
You will work as part of a highly-experienced team, many of the Lawyers within the department have come from top regional heavyweight and Central London practices. You find that there is a broad and very high-quality caseload; the work will include; Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Leases, Development, Acquisitions and disposals, and Investment.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
- You will have broad Commercial Property experience (although if you are stronger in certain areas than others, I would still urge you to apply)
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and bonus structure
