THE ROLE
Working as part of a respected Corporate PSL team, your role will include researching and writing a range of corporate law materials and ensuring that you keep up to date with corporate law and market developments. You will respond to questions from clients and will support the marketing team, networking with clients and potential clients and attending training events, conferences and talks. This role can be full-time or part-time and flexible working is possible.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified lawyer 5PQE+ with strong academics and comprehensive current knowledge of corporate law and practice gained at a well respected firm. Substantial experience in private company transactions is required, as are strong writing and communication skills and an excellent knowledge of legal research databases.
