A fantastic City based US law firm is looking to recruit a new Office Services Assistant to assist with the day to day running of the office services department and provide first class support to the London office.  Responsibilities will include completing hourly rounds of the office, distributing mail and incoming courier deliveries, carrying out photocopying and scanning requests for the office, assisting with packaging and distributing courier deliveries, completing paper rounds to all photocopier points around the office, maintaining toner supplies and stationery for all copying points, assisting with the department’s banking and post office runs, assisting with office moves when required and any other ad hoc duties when necessary.  Candidates should have strong organisation and time management skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with stunning offices based in the City.
