Family Solicitor.
Our client is a well established full service Legal 500 law firm. They service both business and private client areas of law with 5 branches through the South East region. They are currently recruiting a Family Solicitor approximately 3+ PQE to join the Litigation department of their Oxford office.
This are a successful and growing firm of Solicitors and the Department prides itself on the professional, sympathetic and efficient service it provides.
The work will include a mixed caseload of divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, financial settlements, mediation, civil partnerships, pre/post nuptial agreements and Children Law matters.
You will deal with purely privately-funded work (including high net worth financial cases) and you should ideally be a member of Resolution. You will be encouraged to participate in actively growing the Department as well as develop your own skills and career path.
The successful candidate will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.
