My client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank looking to hire a Paralegal to work in the Transaction Management Group.
Work will include assisting with the automation project(s), new projects and initiatives for the Structured Notes (SN) and Exchange Traded Products (ETP) businesses, and additional reporting and governance requirements that impact these business lines.
A strong candidate will have some experience of drafting, reviewing and maintaining automated documentation, drafting legal documentation for bespoke trades and dealing with trade approvals. German speaking skills are an additional bonus.
