This Local Authority based in North London is looking to recruit a legal assistant with litigation experience, to join its team on a temporary basis.

Your new role
You will take the lead on housing possession work, particularly in relation to rent arrears recovery. You will issue proceedings using PCOL, apply for warrants of possession, and undertake advocacy in the County Court.

What you'll need to succeed
You have experience in the above. You are motivated with strong time management skills. You have excellent communication skills and can forge good relationships with clients and the Courts.
