This law firm is growing in its Hayle office in Cornwall, and residential property is one of its largest and busiest departments. The team is looking to recruit residential property fee earners, ideally with at least 1-2 years’ experience. 

The Head of Department has excellent experience, gained over the years from both large and small firms, and is well equipped to assist you in your new role. 

Ideally you should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least one years’ experience. Those without a formal qualification, but who are part way through their Ilex training, or looking to start some form of training in the future are also encouraged to apply.

Ideally any candidates should be used to working autonomously on a day to day basis. Although support will be given where necessary, you should ideally be comfortable running your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish. 

As a residential property fee earner within this small law firm, you will find you get excellent exposure to clients every day. Much of the work is repeat business and referred from happy existing customers. You will be trusted to engage with these customers, and ensure the recommendations continue to flow in!
