Long established multi site regional firm requires a senior private client solicitor to join them at one of the Lancashire branch offices.

Our client is a full-service firm with deep roots in the local market which can offer good quality, varied work, a great team environment, flexible working and career progression.

The Head of Private Client is keen to secure a quality private client solicitor (ideally 5 years + PQE), and to do so is prepared to offer a particularly competitive salary to attract the right individual.

The successful candidate will have a proven background within private client law. You must be highly motivated, ambitious and have the technical ability to handle a varied case load including:

  • Will writing
  • Probate/ estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Tax planning/ trusts
  • Court of Protection matters
