Our Client is looking for an assured Conveyancer to join its excellent Property team in York. The ideal candidate will have garnered an extensive amount of quality Residential Property experience and will ideally have had experience of handling the entirety of the conveyancing process, from instruction through to sale/purchase.

The successful candidate will also have a commercial, hands on approach and genuine enthusiasm for Residential Property work as well a keen eye for detail and excellent communications skills.
