International firm recruiting a debt/leverage finance associate.
Our client's Finance Team, one of the largest practices in the world, is looking to recruit a commercially astute Finance Associate with particular experience of debt and leveraged finance.
The Debt and Leverage Finance Team represents leading investment and commercial banks, public and private companies, and regulatory authorities that actively help shape the market. The team advises on all aspects of financing - including asset finance, debt finance and derivatives - across a broad range of sectors. You can expect to be involved in drafting a wide range of Finance Agreements, including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements and security documents and advising on transactions across different counties for large institutional clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and international deal exposure gained from a firm with a reputable finance practice and international client base.
