Hudson are very pleased to be working closely with a very reputable Midlands based law firm who are seeking to expand their Employment department due to an increase in workload. This role is suitable for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Employment Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 1 year PQE, or with a 12 month Employment seat on your Training Contract.
This firm is going in size and reputation, and is bringing in a substantial number of new instructions. Recognised in the Legal500, the firm is also being recognised as a leading firm with 5-15 Partners. With a strong Midlands presence, the firm have taken up options on a number of their premises to expand office space and increase headcount, in order to meet their development requirements.
As an Employment Solicitor you will play a key role, not only with taking on your own instructions, but also playing an active role in the strategic development of the department going forward. With a broad ranging caseload on offer including settlement agreements, redundancy and unfair dismissal, disciplinary procedures, parental rights, whistleblowing and employment contract reviews, this role will offer full exposure to Employment focussed claims.
