This is a well regarded US law firm seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its esteemed capital markets practice in London.
Role
Working on global debt and equity offerings, including in particular high yield.
Requirements
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
- Exceptional academics, including a US J.D.
- At least 1 year's post-qualification capital markets experience.
- High yield experience.
Salary
£140,000 to £200,000 depending on PQE level and potentially in addition to a COLA (dependent on candidate background).
