They are offering the opportunity for an existing Personal Injury Paralegal to progress as an EL Litigation Executive, with or without previous EL Litigation experience. You have not have any previous EL experience but be passionate about moving into this area of law.

As an EL Litigation Executive, you will manage your own caseload of EL portal and non-portal claims, litigated and non-litigated. You will have previous experience of fee earning, handling your own caseload of EL claims with knowledge of managing a claim from inception through to conclusion. You will be empathetic with the ability to provide sensitive client care.
